TrustScore 2.0 is a financial company credibility assessment system developed by TrustFinance.
Designed to help investors, traders, and business partners
evaluate financial companies based on data that is transparent, verifiable, and reflects real risks
This article is prepared to explain the principles, methodology, and structure of TrustScore 2.0
so that users understand what components the score is evaluated from and why the score can change based on data.
TrustScore 2.0 uses a score scale of 0–100
divided into 2 main components.
A TrustScore does not mean a company is “good or bad”
but reflects the company's level of trustworthiness and risk
based on verifiable data at that time.

ReviewScore evaluates the quality and credibility of reviews from real users.
It is designed to reduce bias from the number of reviews, prevent score manipulation,
and give weight to reviews that best reflect actual user experience.
TrustScore 2.0 uses statistical analysis principles
to reduce volatility from a small number of reviews and mitigate bias from unbalanced data.
The system will not assign high scores based on only a few reviews,
and will consider the consistency of user experience over an appropriate period.
Furthermore, the system analyzes star rating patterns
to detect behavior that may constitute review manipulation.
If anomalies are detected, the score in this section will be automatically reduced.
LicenseScore evaluates the legal credibility, security,
and user protection of financial companies.
TrustScore 2.0 is calculated by combining ReviewScore and LicenseScore
and is limited to a range of 0–100 points
To help users easily understand the risk level,
TrustScore divides the results into 5 levels:
All reviews used in TrustScore calculation must undergo a verification process:
Reviews that do not pass verification will not be included in the score calculation.
TrustScore 2.0 is a credibility assessment system
that integrates real user feedback with legal and security frameworks
to help users and companies clearly and fairly understand risks.
The transparency of the methodology
helps assure users that the score is not based on a single opinion,
but reflects verifiable data from multiple dimensions.

TrustScore is a decision-making tool,
not investment advice, and not an endorsement from regulatory authorities.
