Yarden was one of the largest funeral service providers and insurers in the Netherlands. Founded as a non-profit association, its mission was to make a dignified and affordable farewell possible for everyone, through funeral insurance policies and the direct provision of funeral services. In August 2021, Yarden officially merged with Coöperatie DELA, another major Dutch funeral and insurance provider. Following the merger, Yarden's operations, policies, and staff were integrated into DELA, and the Yarden brand is being phased out.
