In 2017, the company was acquired by the French multinational Sodexo. Shortly after, Xpenditure merged with iAlbatros, another Sodexo acquisition, and the combined entity was rebranded as "Rydoo". Today, Rydoo operates as a comprehensive travel and expense management platform, offering services that automate the entire process from trip booking to expense reimbursement for businesses of all sizes.
