Established in 2009 in London, Women in Listed Derivatives (WILD) is a non-profit organization created to support and connect women working in the derivatives field. Its core mission is to foster networking, facilitate relationship-building, and provide educational and mentoring opportunities for its members. WILD organizes a variety of events, from social gatherings to speaker sessions with industry leaders, to help women advance their careers and build a strong professional community within the derivatives sector. The organization is volunteer-led and has expanded from its London origins to include chapters in other major financial centers.
