Established in 2020, Women in Finance Rwanda (WIFR) is a non-profit organization founded by Rwandan professional women with extensive careers in the financial sector. The organization's mission is to create a supportive network that develops and nurtures its members, helping them achieve their full potential and building a pipeline of future female leaders within Rwanda's financial industry through mentorship, advocacy, and professional development programs.
