Founded in 1937 to serve the employees of the American Hat Company in Danbury, Connecticut, Western CT Federal Credit Union has since grown into a community-chartered financial institution. As a not-for-profit, member-owned cooperative, it returns profits to its members in the form of lower loan rates, higher savings yields, and fewer fees.
