WATSON (Value Added Services for the Logistics Sector) was a research and innovation project funded by the European Union's Horizon 2020 programme. Running from May 2017 to April 2020, its mission was to design and implement a horizontal, service-oriented platform to optimize the performance of key transport and logistics stakeholders. The project aimed to create a collaborative environment by integrating various supply chain services, enhancing efficiency, and improving decision-making for logistics operators.
