The platform aimed to provide a more efficient and accessible channel for financing and investment. However, amid a nationwide regulatory crackdown and consolidation of the P2P industry in China, the company announced the cessation of its P2P operations in December 2018 and transitioned into a benign exit and asset recovery process for its investors.
