Originally founded as NewComLink in 2008 and later rebranded as Vyze, the company developed a cloud-based financial technology platform for retailers. Its core mission was to provide a single-integration solution that allowed merchants to offer their customers a wide range of credit options from multiple lenders, thereby increasing approval rates and sales. In April 2019, Vyze was acquired by Mastercard and its technology has since been integrated into Mastercard's "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) suite of services, enhancing Mastercard's capabilities in the point-of-sale financing space.
