Vojvođanska Banka was one of the most well-known commercial banks in Serbia with a long history dating back to 1868. After being owned by the National Bank of Greece (NBG) group for over a decade, it was acquired by the Hungarian OTP Group in 2017. Following the acquisition, a process of integration began, culminating in the full legal merger of Vojvođanska Banka and OTP banka Srbija in April 2021. The combined entity now operates under the name OTP Banka Srbija, continuing to provide universal banking services to retail, SME, and corporate clients across Serbia.
