VIVAT N.V. was a leading Dutch insurance group providing a range of financial products and services, including life insurance, pensions, non-life insurance, and asset management. Its history traces back to the nationalization of SNS REAAL in 2013, after which the insurance arm was separated and renamed VIVAT in 2015. The company operated well-known Dutch brands such as Zwitserleven and Reaal. In April 2020, VIVAT was acquired by Athora Netherlands Holdings Ltd., and the company has since been fully integrated and rebranded as Athora Netherlands N.V.
