Valyou was a digital financial service provider headquartered in Malaysia, launched by Telenor Group to enhance financial inclusion. Its primary offering was a mobile wallet that enabled users, particularly migrant workers, to store money, make local payments, and perform cross-border remittances conveniently and at a low cost. Operating under the legal entity Valyou Sdn Bhd, it held an e-money license from Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM). In late 2020, the company announced the cessation of its mobile wallet services. Subsequently, in 2021, Telenor Group sold Valyou Sdn Bhd to Merchantrade Asia, a leading Malaysian digital money services business.
