Originally chartered in 1954 as the Tobyhanna Army Depot Federal Credit Union, the institution rebranded to Valor Credit Union to better reflect its diverse membership. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, it is owned and operated by its members. Its mission is to be the preferred financial institution for its members by providing competitive rates, a wide range of financial products, and excellent member service. Valor Credit Union offers a full suite of services including personal and business banking, loans, mortgages, and investment services.
