The Urban Financial Services Coalition (UFSC) - San Francisco Bay Area Chapter is a non-profit organization of minority professionals in the financial services industry and related fields. As a chapter of the national UFSC (founded in 1974), its mission is to enhance the representation and advancement of ethnic minorities at all levels of the financial services industry. The chapter accomplishes this by providing professional development opportunities, facilitating networking events, supporting financial literacy initiatives in the community, and offering a platform for members to connect and grow their careers.
