Founded by the venture capital firm TA Ventures, Ukrainian Private Investors, or iClub, is a closed community for private investors focused on early-stage technology companies. Its mission is to cultivate a culture of venture investment in Ukraine by providing its members with exclusive access to curated deal flow, co-investment opportunities alongside experienced funds, industry expertise, and valuable networking events.
