The company was headquartered in Cyprus and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). It offered retail clients access to trade a wide range of financial instruments, including currency pairs, commodities, indices, and stocks through Contracts for Difference (CFDs). The firm primarily utilized its proprietary ParagonEx trading platform. On January 27, 2021, the company announced the cessation of its services, and its parent company's CySEC license was subsequently withdrawn.
