UCSB Finance Connection is a non-profit, student-run organization at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Its mission is to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application in the financial world. The organization provides its members with valuable resources, including technical workshops, professional development seminars, networking events with industry professionals and alumni, and mentorship programs to help students secure internships and full-time positions in various sectors of finance, such as investment banking, asset management, and corporate finance.
