Originally chartered in 1965 to serve employees of the University of Arkansas, UARK Federal Credit Union is a member-owned financial institution. As a not-for-profit cooperative, its mission is to provide its members with comprehensive financial services, including savings and checking accounts, various loan products, and credit cards, at the lowest possible cost. Membership has since expanded to include students, alumni, and individuals who live, work, worship, or attend school in Washington County, Arkansas.
