Established in 1987, Turk Eximbank is a state-owned investment and development bank tasked with supporting Turkey's foreign trade objectives. Its primary mission is to increase the volume of Turkish exports, develop new export markets, and enhance the international competitiveness of Turkish exporters. The bank achieves this by offering a comprehensive range of credit (loan), guarantee, and insurance programs, thereby mitigating political and commercial risks for companies involved in international trade. It is the sole official export credit agency in Turkey.
