TradingBells was founded in 2016 as a technology-focused discount brokerage firm based in India, offering low-cost trading in equity, derivatives, currency, and commodity markets. In December 2018, it was acquired by Swastika Investmart Ltd., a diversified financial services company established in 1992. Following the acquisition, the TradingBells brand, technology, and client base were fully merged into Swastika's operations, effectively ceasing TradingBells' existence as a separate entity. Today, all operations are conducted under the Swastika Investmart brand, which provides a full range of financial services including stock broking, wealth management, and investment banking.
