Tompkins VIST Bank was a Pennsylvania-chartered community bank that offered a wide array of services for consumers and businesses, including checking and savings accounts, loans, mortgages, and wealth management. It was a subsidiary of Tompkins Financial Corporation (NYSE: TMP), a financial holding company. In 2021, Tompkins Financial Corporation consolidated its four separately chartered community banks (Tompkins Trust Company, Tompkins Bank of Castile, Tompkins Mahopac Bank, and Tompkins VIST Bank) into one, which now operates as Tompkins Community Bank, to create a more unified and streamlined customer experience across its service areas.
