Originally founded in 1959 as Sussex County School Employees Federal Credit Union, the institution rebranded to Tidemark Federal Credit Union in 2015 to reflect its expanded field of membership. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, its mission is to build a stronger community by helping its members achieve their financial goals. It offers a full range of banking products, including savings and checking accounts, personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, and various business services, returning profits to members in the form of lower loan rates and higher savings yields.
