TIAA Bank, formerly known as EverBank, was the banking division of the financial services organization TIAA (Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America). It operated as a full-service bank providing a wide range of consumer and commercial banking products, including checking and savings accounts, mortgages, home equity lines of credit, and commercial lending. The bank's mission was to offer comprehensive banking solutions to TIAA's participants as well as the general public. In a transaction completed on August 1, 2023, TIAA sold TIAA Bank to U.S. Bancorp. All TIAA Bank accounts, services, and operations have since been transitioned and rebranded under U.S. Bank.
