The Pennsylvania Community Development and Finance Corporation (PCDfc) is a statewide Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) founded in 1990. As a not-for-profit organization, its mission is to support community and economic development throughout Pennsylvania by providing flexible, gap financing to a variety of projects, including small businesses, community facilities, and affordable housing. PCDfc is certified by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's CDFI Fund and focuses on deploying capital to underserved and low-income communities to stimulate growth, create jobs, and enhance local infrastructure.
