The Capital Market Institutions Committee (CMIC) was established in 2015 by a Saudi Arabian Council of Ministers resolution. Operating under the supervision of the Capital Market Authority (CMA), its primary mission is to foster coordination and collaboration among capital market institutions. The committee serves as a platform to discuss common issues, follow up on market developments, and coordinate with the CMA and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on matters related to market development, investor protection, and the promotion of best practices within the industry.
