PJSC "TERRA BANK" was a commercial bank operating in Ukraine, providing a range of banking services to both individual and corporate clients. The bank faced financial difficulties, leading the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) to declare it insolvent on August 21, 2014, and place it under temporary administration by the Deposit Guarantee Fund. On December 22, 2014, the NBU made the decision to revoke the bank's license and initiate liquidation procedures. The liquidation process was officially completed on December 28, 2020, and the bank was removed from the State Register of Banks, ceasing to exist as a legal entity.
