Suryajyoti Finance Company Limited was a financial institution licensed by the Nepal Rastra Bank. It provided a range of financial services including deposits, loans, and leasing. In 2014, the company underwent a significant change by merging with NIDC Capital Markets Ltd. to form a new entity named NCM Merchant Banking Ltd. This new entity later continued its consolidation in the market, eventually becoming part of Sunrise Capital Limited. Consequently, the original "Surya Jyoti leasing and finance limited" brand and entity have been fully absorbed and no longer exist.
