Originally founded as a private client and fund administration provider in Jersey in 1988, Sanne Group plc grew to become a leading global provider of alternative asset and corporate services. The company listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2015 and expanded its capabilities through strategic acquisitions, including the purchase of US-based fund administrator Strait in 2021. Sanne provided a comprehensive range of administration, reporting, and fiduciary services to asset managers, financial institutions, and corporations. In August 2022, Sanne Group was acquired by the global financial services provider Apex Group Ltd., and its brand and operations have since been integrated into Apex Group's single-source solution offering.
