The St. Louis Small Business Empowerment Center is a collaborative initiative powered by the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Its mission is to foster economic development by supporting small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs through a range of free and low-cost services. These services include one-on-one confidential business counseling, educational workshops, and access to critical resources, helping clients to create, grow, and sustain their enterprises.
