St'art is an investment fund established in 2009 as a joint initiative between the Walloon Region and the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. Its mission is to support the creation and growth of companies within the creative and cultural sectors by providing financial solutions such as loans and equity investments. The fund aims to strengthen the economic fabric of the cultural industry in its designated regions, covering a wide range of fields including audiovisual, design, fashion, digital media, and architecture.
