Founded in Amsterdam in 2013, SRXP B.V. was a technology startup focused on simplifying expense reporting for businesses through its mobile application. The company gained traction by allowing users to scan receipts with their smartphones, automatically extracting data to streamline the reimbursement process. In 2017, SRXP merged with its Belgian competitor, Xpenditure. Following the merger, both companies were acquired by the French multinational Sodexo and were subsequently rebranded under the single name "Rydoo" in 2018. Today, Rydoo operates as a leading global SaaS solution for travel and expense management, serving thousands of businesses.
