Southwest Higher Education (SWHE) is a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving college and career access and success. Established to support higher education in New Mexico, SWHE provides grants, scholarships, and resources to students and educational organizations. Their mission is to foster an environment where all individuals have the opportunity to pursue and complete a post-secondary education.
