The Society for Financial Education & Professional Development (SFEPD) is a national non-profit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1998. Its mission is to empower individuals and communities, particularly students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and other Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs), by providing high-quality financial literacy education and professional development programs. Through partnerships with corporations, government agencies, and educational institutions, SFEPD offers workshops, conferences, and resources to improve financial capability and career readiness.
