Founded in 2006, Seraina Investment Foundation is an independent investment foundation under Swiss law, supervised by the Swiss Occupational Pension Supervisory Commission (OAK BV). Its mission is to offer tax-exempt Swiss pension schemes access to a diversified range of attractive and professionally managed investment solutions in non-traditional asset classes, specifically private equity, private debt, and infrastructure.
