Originally known as SelmaBipiemme Leasing, the company was the leasing arm of the Banca Popolare di Milano (BPM) group. Following the 2017 merger between Banco Popolare and Banca Popolare di Milano, which created the Banco BPM Group, the group's various leasing operations were consolidated and rebranded. Today, Banco BPM Leasing S.p.A. operates as the central entity for all leasing activities, offering instrumental, real estate, automotive, and naval leasing products. It leverages the extensive distribution network of its parent bank to serve a wide client base across Italy, from small businesses to large corporations.
