Established in 2016, the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) is a subsidiary of the Saudi Tadawul Group. It operates and maintains the Depository and Settlement System (DSS) to manage the deposit, transfer, clearing, settlement, and registration of securities traded on the Saudi Exchange. Edaa's mission is to enhance the efficiency and security of the Saudi Arabian post-trade market infrastructure in line with international standards, contributing to the Vision 2030 goals for developing a thriving financial sector.
