The company was established to provide financial technology solutions, most notably the FXone platform, an advanced Execution Management System (EMS) designed for institutional clients like banks, brokers, and corporations to manage FX and multi-asset liquidity and risk. While the company entity remains active, its FINRA broker-dealer registration was terminated at the end of 2019. The FXone platform and related technology services are now primarily managed and marketed through its sister company, Seabury Solutions.
