The School of African Microfinance (SAM) is a center of excellence established to address the human resource capacity gap within the African microfinance industry. Its mission is to build the institutional and human capacity of the sector on a sustainable basis through specialized training programs, professional certifications, and a Master's in Microfinance program. SAM aims to enhance the performance, outreach, and sustainability of microfinance institutions by equipping practitioners with the necessary skills and knowledge.
