Safe as Houses ISA Limited was established to act as an ISA Manager for the Safe As Houses Fixed Term Bond, allowing UK investors to hold these property-backed bonds within a tax-efficient Innovative Finance ISA (IFISA). However, on March 2, 2021, the company ceased to be an ISA Manager, and its approval for this activity was cancelled by the FCA. The company remains authorised by the FCA but now for claims management activities and is subject to significant regulatory restrictions imposed in August 2023.
