Sabadell United Bank, N.A. was the U.S. banking subsidiary of the Spanish financial group Banco Sabadell. Headquartered in Miami, Florida, the bank focused on providing a range of commercial banking, private banking, and international banking services to businesses and high-net-worth individuals. Its history in Florida began with the acquisition of TransAtlantic Bank in 2007, which was later rebranded. In 2017, Sabadell United Bank was acquired by Iberiabank for approximately $1.025 billion. Following this, Iberiabank merged with First Horizon Bank in 2020, and the Sabadell United Bank brand and operations were fully integrated into the successor entity.
