The Rwanda Stock Exchange Ltd was incorporated in 2005 with the objective of carrying out stock market operations and officially launched its operations on January 31, 2011. Its mission is to provide a world-class securities market that contributes to Rwanda’s economic development by mobilizing long-term savings to finance businesses and support capital formation. The RSE facilitates the listing and trading of equities, corporate bonds, and government treasury bonds, providing a regulated and efficient platform for both domestic and international investors.
