Religare Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (RHDFCL) is a housing finance company registered with the National Housing Bank (NHB) of India. Part of the Religare Group, the company was established to provide affordable housing finance to individuals and families, particularly in the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low Income Group (LIG) segments. Its mission was to facilitate homeownership through a variety of loan products, including home purchase loans, home improvement loans, and loans against property. In 2023, the company completed the sale of its entire retail housing loan portfolio to Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited.
