Founded in 2006 by Félix Abánades, Quabit Inmobiliaria, S.A. was a prominent real estate developer and promoter based in Spain. The company was listed on the Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, and Valencia stock exchanges. Its business focused on the entire real estate cycle, from land acquisition and management to the development and marketing of residential properties. After facing challenges following the 2008 financial crisis, the company underwent significant restructuring and became a key player in the recovery of the Spanish housing market. In 2021, Quabit was acquired and fully absorbed by Neinor Homes through a merger, ceasing to exist as an independent entity.
