The Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles is the regulatory body responsible for overseeing the non-bank financial services sector in the Seychelles. Established under the Financial Services Authority Act in 2013, the FSA emerged as an autonomous agency to regulate and supervise various financial services, including insurance, securities, gambling, and other related sectors not covered by banking regulation. It took over the responsibilities from the Seychelles International Business Authority (SIBA), marking a significant shift towards a more comprehensive regulatory framework aimed at enhancing the integrity and stability of Seychelles' financial system.

The FSA's primary mission is to ensure the efficient and effective administration of the regulatory and supervisory framework of the non-bank financial services sector. Its objectives include protecting consumers, enhancing public understanding and confidence in the financial system, reducing systemic risk, and combating financial crime, including money laundering and terrorism financing.
