Originally founded as Hooper Holmes, the company rebranded to Provant Health in 2017. Provant specialized in delivering customized wellness solutions to employers and health plans, including biometric health screenings, health risk assessments, lifestyle management, and outcome-based wellness coaching. In August 2017, Provant was acquired by Quest Diagnostics and its services were integrated into Quest's Employer Population Health offerings.
