ProFamily S.p.A. was a financial company fully controlled by the Banco BPM Group, one of Italy's largest banking groups. Its core business was providing consumer credit products, including personal loans, salary-backed loans ("cessione del quinto"), and payment delegation services. The company operated through a dedicated network of financial agents across Italy. In July 2018, Banco BPM finalized the sale of the ProFamily business unit to Agos Ducato S.p.A. Consequently, all operations, employees, and customer relationships were integrated into Agos, and the ProFamily brand was discontinued.
