Its primary functions include facilitating PRS transactions, maintaining member accounts, providing investor education on retirement savings, and protecting member interests. PPA acts as a one-stop resource for the public, employers, and PRS Providers, ensuring a streamlined and regulated environment for Malaysians to voluntarily supplement their retirement savings.
