PriorFX Ltd was a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) that provided online trading services for retail and institutional clients in foreign exchange (forex) and Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on various asset classes. The company was licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number 221/14. However, due to multiple regulatory violations, CySEC permanently withdrew the company's license in March 2018, leading to the cessation of all its operations.
