Founded in 1930, Premier Service Medical Aid Society (PSMAS) is Zimbabwe's oldest and largest medical aid society. Initially established to serve civil servants, it has since expanded to cover members from all sectors of the economy. As a non-profit organization, its mission is to provide accessible, affordable, and sustainable healthcare solutions and funding to its members across the country through various medical aid packages.
