Stichting Pensioenfonds voor Personeelsdiensten (StiPP) is the industry-wide pension fund for the staffing and temporary employment sector in the Netherlands. It was established on January 1, 2005, following a merger between two existing funds: Pensioenfonds PPN (Personeelsdiensten) and Bedrijfspensioenfonds voor de Uitzendbranche (BFU). StiPP's primary mission is to administer the mandatory pension scheme for all employees working for temporary employment agencies, payroll companies, and secondment agencies in the country, ensuring they build a retirement income. The fund manages pension contributions, invests the assets, and handles pension payments to its participants.
